Who can apply?

Indian citizens who own a residential property with a suitable roof, hold an active domestic electricity connection in their name, and have not already availed central rooftop solar subsidy. Tenants generally need owner consent. Always verify on the official portal.

Documents typically needed

Aadhaar, electricity bill, property proof, bank details (Aadhaar-linked), and passport photo. Exact checklist may vary — we share a current list during consultation.
