Component A

Why farmers choose solar
Daytime irrigation without diesel, lower recurring fuel cost, and scheme-backed CFA where eligible. Component choice depends on whether you need a new off-grid pump, solarisation of an existing grid pump, or land-based generation.
What to prepare
Aadhaar, land records (e.g. 7/12), bank details, water-source details, and existing pump HP information for Component C. Requirements vary by component and district.
